my mum got blacklisted for life from renting from one real estate agency because she was moving branches around after a cyclone hit and tripped and broke her arm so to in response to this the real estate agency kicked her out of the house and made it so she could never rent a house from them ever again. we were friends with the owner too and he said he didn't have a say in it somehow. they intentionally misrepresented the state of the house in one of the house inspections. someone did a shit in the toilet and didn't flush and the real estate agent took a photo of the doodoo caca.
