no its equivelant to replacing a cuda 12.8 shortcut with a cuda 12.6 shortcut in program files or wherever cuda is installed
idk how cuda works on windows, never too late to switch or dual boot anon, genai is always faster and easier on linux and you dont have to install gentoo you can start with linux mint or debian
