They make sense, because if the Grineer were isekai'd - so must the Corpus. It's also quite funny to see the dusters and other bandits in the Shem area becoming roadkills for that huge Grineer base's patrols. The nearby Agony demons' camp gets thot patrolled by the Grineer too, a very funny sight to behold. And the animals from Warframe somehow look Oddworld enough to fit Kenshi - pic related.
On a side note - I am impressed how the HN is still alive after all those "aliens" have arrived. I'd have assume the Grineer keep them as a "control group" of humans, since they are the purest on the moon. Also - cheap guns. Common bandits should ditch their puny crossbows, and get the not_AKs and not_UZIs, to do what all the favella creatures do - shoot at each other without aiming properly.
