the thing is that the Internet can be infinitely partitioned so there is zero incentive to get me to sign up on your shitty platform unless you force me to like jobs have started forcing peopl to have social media accounts
you have the keep in mind that the only "rational" choice is purely economic and if I have no reason to be on your platform, especially if I know for a fact that I'll be spied uppon, then I'll just never sign up (or like my phone, just sign up for work and post a "funny dog" from time to time to pretend that I'm using it)
to be fair, the whole USA and Israel combined simply do not have all that much Internet stuff that could not be done otherwise offline given a copy so at some point you could even split the Internet and those that wish to ride into a full robotic dystopia will split ways from the rest
the good part is that the choice is actually up to you, if you don't like it, you don't sign up or you find an alternative
