I didn't say that "images were stored in the model". I said that it was creating art based on combining the artworks and styles of other authors, without attribution, which is correct. At no point did the artists involved consent to their inclusion in the dataset, and no matter how much you spin it the AI is drawing its art from real world datasets. It is not creating anything new, by itself, the way a Human would do, because it is axiomatically incapable of doing so. It's a data aggregator and has no personhood in the legal sense of the world.
