Since you are new: pull and use everything you have. Bluefes is the only time you can get the Bluefes limited characters. There's nothing you need more until the shupos. I'm also new and this Bluefes I got Hoshino (Swimsuit), Hoshino (Armed), Hina (Dress), Mika, and all the three banner girls. I'm pretty happy with that.
