We all know Tomoko stinks, but what kind of stinky do you think she is? Musty? Sharp? Semisweet? Like cheese? Like moldy feet? Maybe a little fermented or alcoholic like kimchee? Maybe slightly fecal or like morning mouth?
She's Japanese so she doesn't have apocrine sweat glands. Pizza/onion/umami-sharp armpit sweat is off the table. I imagine maybe she smells a little earthy? Like old dirty laundry or unwashed hair?
