All of this is irrelevant, we are in monetary board since 1997 and de facto using Euro for reserves to cover any demands for foreign currency as it's at a fixed exchange rate to the Lev.
I'm pretty sure we can't print currency unless the IMF and the World bank approves, so any Euro printed by the Eurobank is affecting Bulgaria anyway. This is the reason we are still one of the least in debt countries in the world even, not that it really matters, but still.
