Following up on the foreign object hypothesis, I've been thinking about something else: the question of motivation.
Why do women seem to do relatively well in the current environment? Why do they seem motivated? Which sectors that they occupy have the most motivated female employees?
It's the female sectors of the corpo world and education. They get to *be* and actually ACT against men which fulfills their most primal need.
Why are men no longer motivated? What did they realize and what what did they lose? What was their motivation, the carrot that they kept chasing?
Female affection. More and more men realize that it was out of reach forever. It wasn't building a legacy, or contributing to a grand system, it was just the idea of having a woman who's actually capable of loving you.
It's a completely one-sided battle in terms of motivation. One sides thrives when they get to antagonize and systematically erase the other, the other one wants their approval and acceptance.
