Ground pound ain't even there anymore actually, which is a crazy decision cause a heavier, melee centric version of the character is precisely when you should be BUFFING a move like that.
I still hold that pizzacutter cope has the potential to be good.
Give him the 3 bullits back (Or make his original form a separate character)
Bring back and massively buff the stomp so killing with it is a normal, viable option.
Buff the shoulder tackle so he doesn't bounce back after hitting something and can quickly link into the big buzzer
And just buff the melee attacks.

I like this version of the character conceptually, and even kinda like playing him despite being a downgrade (the ice ex weapon helps a lot with making the pizzacutter viable against bosses), but it's frustrating how short it falls of what it should be, especially cause the justified backlash likely means they won't give the design a serious second shot.
I'm probably the one of three people on Earth who feels a glimmer of hope seeing that they chose to use the pizzacutter for Cope in gv3, cause maybe that means they're autistic enough to try to make it work despite fan backlash lol.
