Keroro Gunsou / Sgt. Frog is a (comparatively) more recent one (I know it's old now). Also kind of similar in concept to Doreamon and Ganmo, and also had a lot of fanservice/nudity, especially in the early volumes. When the anime came out, both it and the manga shifted away from it.

As far as I know, both the manga and anime for Ganmo are still untranslated, but it's been a while since I've looked
