Brainlets might be unaware, but Hoyo deliverately splits the hair of long haired characters so you can see their backsides while playing them. If Bina's hair was completely straight you wouldn't see Bina, just hair. By splitting the character's hair you allow the player to sneak some peeks at the character's design and making them stand out.
