Here's the stuff that works fosho

Supplements: Zinc, Magnesium, Vit D3+K2, L Citrulline, Sunflower Lecithin, Lysine, Pygeum, Selenium
Exercise: No brainer but both cardio and weight training. Also, kegels and angion method
Foods: Pineapples, Oysters, Dark Chocolate, Liver, Celery
Avoid: Cigs, Alcohol, most other drugs, microplastics, tap water (get a RO filter), porn, fapping
