If you're talking about patch 5.8 she *technically* hasn't even been datamined to rerun yet (since we still don't have the beta) but it's almost safe to assume she will rerun just because she allegedly gets a new outfit in the patch and has gone like a year without a rerun
Outside of that you can do some guesswork based on the characters who've gone the longest without a rerun. Personally I imagine they're slowly preparing for a Sumeru chronicle banner as well as a rerun of the Mondstadt chronicle banner at some point in the second half of this year, so that doesn't exactly leave a whole lot of options left
