If the Elders/Imu know that he's connected to Rocks why didn't they kill him when he was in Mary Geoise? Sengoku didn't recognize the name and BB was bountyless at the time, so is it him being able to have two fruits that tipped them off? Saturn was also on God Valley, there's gotta be something here.
