閻 which refers to Yama or 𝗘𝗻𝗺𝗮, the judge of the hellish dead underworld in Buddhist and Chinese mythology.
王 again "King” or “ruler."

Together you get 閻王 King of Hell or alternatively you will also get "King of the Underworld." as well.
