Well, the Huns were confederation, and much more mixed than the later Avars based on the genomic data. They (Goths and others) probably formed alliances and exchanged daughters and so on. Eventually the Hunnic Empire collapsed and the former subject peoples wanted to lay claim to the previous order, so these people incorporated into the succeeding kingdoms.

Here is a Hunnic woman from Bavaria from late Hun period, who lived among the Baiuvarii. This is not a Germanic tribe you hear much about later, so they probably got supplanted by other migrants from Germany later.

Goths themselves largely intermixed with Balkan people or were replaced by subsequent population movements. A few of them went back to Scandinavia, their ancient homeland, which is probably what the small amount of Q there represents.
