If you include immigrants, children of two immigrant parents and children of one immigrant parent and one norwegian parent its 25%. If you include people with at least one immigrant grandparent, the immigrant population is estimated to be 30-35% in 2025.

So only about 65% of the Norwegian population are true ethnic Norwegians. But then you exclude people with one swedish grandparent etc.
