That's because 70% of the modern 4chan userbase is failed Plebbitors. The pipeline of newfags used to be from forums, but with those forums having been exterminated by Reddit and Discord in the 2010s most of 4chan that didn't come here pre-2012 is corrupted by their Reddit roots.
