It's not that hard, or at least the way she's freaky is manageable. So many girls are (usually secretly) into piss stuff. The smelling thing isn't that common but I like it and if anything I'm surprised she's into such stereotypically masculine traits considering she was raised by lesbians.
I don't know how into ryona/guro stuff she is but so many weeb women are and the mushroom motif fits with that stuff symbolically, but I would take the piss and smell stuff over girls who are turned on by dismemberment any day.
