The real problem that you have to address is the fact that each item in the scratches that are put out have a drop rate of 1% or lower, so the most fair and honest way to address the issue is by splitting up the scratch into 2 or 3 different parts. That way, you can scratch for the items on part 1, 2, or 3 of the scratch and hope that you get what you want with better odds while also allowing people to seek to scratch for items that have a high price in the marketplace. This not only fixes scalping, but it also builds trust in the player base since players are given the option of choice and the ability to actually get what they want without suffering.
