The Knight fight is tough, but I felt it wasn't as bad as Jevil w/ under-leveled characters. Beat it in maybe 10ish tries. With Mantle, Hold Breath + healing items, it was rough but not unbearable.
The attack where you gotta rotate counter-clockwise on the bullet board is peak. The art team really did a good job with all of the Knight's attacks.
