i spent thousands on the game, even got c6 nahida.
And made a big mistake, the game is whimsical but man is the story just padded with boring bullshit and just words.
I spent so long telling myself i loved the game, that it was fun, i'd get every single chest in the game, farm random shit like crazy. however the writing and story just got to me, it was ass and i thought i just didn't like stories in games but i tried other games and loved them. eventually i realised how shallow genshin is, it's pretty and has fun whimsy and they can make it better but it is shallow and there are much better games out there.

already uninstalled and don't plan to go back really, unless for nostalgia with nahida, who despite being c6 is already outclassed by other newer units.
Don't care about new characters or anything.
