First of all: wtf you have to pay for the class? I thought it was free and the upgrade pack was paid. At least it's not Paradox levels of price gouging.
Second: Should I just wait a week? Ive been playing every day for the past week in anticipation for the Arbites, but I hear that the game is nigh unplayable due to some very strange bugs introduced before they went for a week break or something?
Thirdly: The Arbites are not cops. Every planet has its own police force, which, just like every planet, varies depending on local cultures, and can range from tribal warriors sworn to keep order to regular beat cops to military occupation. Arbites, however, are exactly the same throughout the galaxy, and there may only be up to a few hundred in a star system, and they only deploy for the most dangerous and high priority crimes.
It would be more accurate to think of them as the FBI mixed with the ATF. So please, if you make jokes, make Ruby Ridge and Waco jokes.
