my bias really paints how i'm going to interpret the card. and i can see plenty of reason why you should be on guard to a new addition to your team. are they going to be a good fit, are they going to cause you and your colleagues trouble, are they competent, do they have a good personality, will they want to make an effort, etc etc etc
and the chances of all of these factors working in your favor are pretty slim.
you got the wheel of fortune, which indicates you will get lucky in this regard. however, since i'm biased, my reading of the wheel of fortune indicates that there's some kind of cycle at play and it may not necessarily give you good luck, and it all depends on who came before this girl, which would be you and your colleague from two years ago.
i don't know what kind of person you guys are, i don't know what kind of person this lady is going to be, and all i can really feel is this initial friction that will be caused by the new addition to the team.
