Caesar's engine is very strong for Jufufu/Yixuan combo.
Whether you equip it on Pan or Caesar doesn't matter, they both use it well.

It transfers Daze bonus to Jufufu which amplifies her +50 Impact core mechanics + all her other impact.
It transfers DMG bonus to Yixuan, which is always good to have.
