I think a large problem this entire thing is that there is no outlet for anything beyond male and female in western culture. Unlike say the Philippines or Thailand something, where they have expressions for males that want to be feminine. I think if we had had something here, you wouldn't see such power behind the LGBT in the same way. It wouldn't be needed.
