BASED, but I wouldn't rank the optional prequel that high solely due to the optional prequel having no stakes for over 100 chapters until King Piccolo shows up. Before King Piccolo, the series was just the lowest form of moeshit, where nothing is a challenge to Goku, the story being a meaningless slop with nothing actually happening in it, and to make it worse, the series was filled with pedophilic shit that wastes your time.
