Honestly it was decent for about the first year and a half it was released.
I can't hardly find anything that I used to be able to search on DDG anymore.
Almost all search engines can be broken into 2 indexing camps; Googles indexing and Russian/Yandex variants.
Duck duck go falls into the Google camp which censors MANY searches that get too close to actually learning something.
It's honestly easier to filter through 9 Russian sites to find 1 in English than it is to find anything of substance on googles index
