Also what you say is fake. There were more agrarian tribes in North America than in South America.
Only the Andeans reached a civilized stage. Mapuches were hunter-gatherers, mesolithic Amazonic tribes are even more primitive, tribes barely made up by 50/300 persons.
Apaches, pueblos, iroquous, etc., were neolithic in stage and made up large tribal confederations. And the ones around Missisipi were quite proto urban.
