Maybe we could transfigure something here into uranium then leave for an hour and come back? As long as Potter doesn't see us doing it he should start to melt depending on the size of the thing and be softer for a fight. Or maybe we can do it right now? Just transfigure whatever he's standing next to into the elephants foot.
