I auditioned for the prisoner and didn’t get in. Sometimes I wonder had I done more ASMR on my channel and went ham with the acting… maybe I would have had a better shot auditioning for the scientist? Who knows. I wanna support Prisoner and Scientist in their debuts but… it just hurts lol.

Having said that I can also understand why they didn’t pick me in the end considering I don’t enunciate super clearly, and my channel gives the impression I’m not taking the Vtuber thing seriously. I remember someone /here/ giving the advice that corpos invest a lot of resources into a new Vtuber, so naturally they want to see a lot of commitment and earnestness from the pilot. And it’s understandable if they didn’t see that in someone streaming just once a week.

Sorry for the blogpost I just felt a bit like a failure for not getting in. Someone who was really serious about the auditions would have probably found a way to stream 3 times a week even if they had a lot of shit going on IRL, I dunno.
