I dont understand the need of a password manager. I get it if you are a financial/logistic company that manages thousands of personal accounts daily, but on a personal level, all you need to do is to create a txt file and write with your passwords in it, zip it, and lock it with a relatively complex code on it. That code you can either memorize it, or write it down in a cryptic way only you can solve. Have that encrypted zip filev stored in a usb your phone(and in a 3rd device as a back up) and use it every time you need to log in somewhere
