Finally fixed the crashing, now I need to touch up other things like rig (mouth is off and front legs are pretty bad), figure out how to adjust proportions in a way that won't conflict with animations and make normal maps that actually fit the model (this is why the back is so dark).
Unfortunately, this isn't something you can just slap into your modlist and have it work. I don't think I have the patience to fix that, not yet anyway.
