Is this a rare occurrence? Seems like something that might happen all the time. I suppose if it's an authoritarian government like we are told then there wouldn't be a lot of guns in the hands of the public, but it wouldn't be a stretch to think that they'd be easy to get. Then again, everything reported on boomer news in the west is probably bullshit fear mongering.
