Decided I was being a bitch and went for a third walk. Up to 31k steps for today now which was more than double my previous steps record. The overreaching warning is now orange in color, wonder if it'll go red if I do another walk. Down more than 10lbs from where I was when I woke up. Just took a piss when I got back from my walk and it was still light and clear, and my mouth doesn't feel dry or anything so I don't think I'm dehydrated yet, just how much excess water did I have in me?

Woke up at 209.6lbs
First walk: 209.6->203.9 = -5.7lbs
Second walk: 203.9->199.7 = -4.2lbs
Drank protein smoothie: 199.7->201.4 = +1.7lbs
Third walk: 201.4-197.2 = -4.2lbs

Tempted to go for that fourth walk now, not only would it beat the 36k and 40k steps guys, if the -4.2lbs loss of water continues I'd be at 193.0 which would be a new all-time low for me on weight.
