Nothing in the ToS prohibiting it. I've been doing it since day 1 in Genshin, HSR, ZZZ and now WuWa. Never banned but I am a whale so I doubt I would ever get banned. At most I would get a warning. If you spend enough in WuWa you get your own CS person and I have one so I think I'm double safe.

Also in ZZZ I straight up asked if they are against it and the CS just thanked me for spending and said it was okay. Didn't ask in WuWa because I actually care about WuWa so didn't want to risk it.
