well in general a lot of newer scp's depict them less as idiotball guys and more as aggressive but often effective competitors to the foundation
in some scps they are shown to be more militarily powerful, and big part of that is the Orange Suits they have
they're basically Tau Crisis suits with the these things call banshees that cause anomalous primal involutary fear responses in most things

also worth noting sometimes the foundation is like titanfall, Mobile Task Force Eta-5 can warp mechs in from a pocket dimension, though they are nearly entirely restricted to a decent hub (hubs are bad i m o but that's a different discussion)
