She does want to come home but she is trying to be objective and pragmatic of her choices. There may have to be some sort of compromise for her to come home and the outcome is favorable, so eventually she will return. However, this may just be a truce to mend the situation at hand and she may withdraw herself even further if there are continuous disagreements.
