Virtually every social networking corporation has several feds on payroll that can pull data, and I’m sure they skirt FISA requirements all the time with like “strategic partnerships”. They’re technically not allowed to collect on us persons or corporations, and that was a fairly adequate stopgap for a while, but after ~2010 they realized that like 90% of the shit they do is done by private corporations that sell targeted ad data so I’m sure they could easily open a front company, or have another FVEY entity open the company and just buy the data.
