lazy fucking home inspectors or paid off ones. The inspectors that point shit out get hounded by the builder companies like crazy.

Like every fucking thing else in this hellscape of an economy its one big fucking scam and scheme where even the parts that are meant to advocate and protect you are part of the fucking grift because if they're not they might lose their jobs.

I don't think any of this gets fixed without major upheaval.
