They have chosen to try to make this an interstate battle. Fucking stupid, I think. These Texas 'politicians' only have power in Texas. Sure, Illinois can shield another State's officials but I'm curious if there are any federal laws that would allow for federal marshals to become involved.

From my small amount of investigation, Abbott is justified in his actions and IS able to replace them due to 'desertion of their duties'. Aside from removing any authority these tards have it would also turn them into plain citizens. This *should* allow the Extradition Clause in the Constitution to come into effect and allow for the apprehension of these criminals .. once they have been 'found'. I think this is the reason for hiding their whereabouts. Also, can charges be brought against the Illinois garbage?
