NTA, but I've started a few, and they never really "hook" me. The plots were always simple without much being actually said, there was fuckall for development of the MC, and the gameplay never felt like it was really going anywhere (bosses didn't feel hard, enemies always felt weak, and the lack of shops/hub towns really made the worlds feel incredibly small and shallow).
Maybe I'll finish one someday and end up falling in love with it, as my favorite games tend to be ones that I get filtered by initially (Library of Ruina, Black Souls II, Divinity 2: Original Sin, etc etc.). Still love Chemica, even if she is Hex Maniac at home.
