Often animals such as orangatangs and chimps will use tools, often as weapons.
But they cannot do so in the snow;
because they lack the correct subcutanious fat type.

Here the Russian uses such weapons in the snow.

In polar regions, pigs are often used to root for berries, nests, and other pigs!
