Ralsei says it's fear, so I figure it's everyone's nightmares that they wake up from and forget, but the "vision" of the nightmare happened anyways and if the Dark Worlds are just the imaginations of Kris and company, then apparently the vision from the mind's eye (there's the eye symbolism again!) from imagination persists, it's not too far a reach for nightmare to persist, too, but hidden in the double DOUBLE dark of Titanland
