Well, I said "other" boards, but I only really follow /co/ and /tg/, once I used to follow (and post a bit in) /v/, but it was (at the time) both too fast and (quite often) too toxic for my taste. /co/ is almost always quite fine and cozy, the exceptions are rare and even their arguments are... kind of polite, I'd say. /tg/ instead has been periodically interested by arguments that, if I understand them correctly, boil down to the fact that some users like (a lot) to roleplay with their original characters (and consequently they avatarfag) while others scream that doing so goes against "4chan culture" about anonymity and board specific etiquette, i.e. there are other threads to roleplay (in other words, they act like backseat mods).
I know relatively little about /aco/ and /trash/, the former has had its own fair share of dramas afaik, while the latter seems to be the coziest and friendliest AI thread on 4chan, but I rarely visit either, so I'm speaking from limited experience and hearsay.
