Assuming the twink angels are brief panty kids (I can see the most likely scenario that panty is not pregnant at all and it was a joke). I can see her already being pregnant after episode 1 and the brief sperm kill the fuck and furious sperm in a funny manner.

But yeah, I dont know if she's pregnant. Her giving birth to adults would be weird and I dont know how it would work in the story. And if she is normal pregnant, her being pregnant the entire season would be something that would get boring after an episode?
