>crab/anglerfish/lobster(?) aquatic carapaced monster Tenna hosting TV shows while also being surveillance for the kingdom and binding people into contracts (yes like a mix of King Mettaton and Undyne but with his own spin on things)
>long pointy-nosed bird/lizard/dino monster Spamton (look up Pinocchio lizards) who used to be a simple car salesman but took up the role of the new Royal Engineer and did horrible experiments in pursuit of NEO freedom
>Electronic Darkner Alphys who used to be a big shot (scientific data analysis program with faulty coding under the hood)
>Undyne is a TV Darkner but her Light World object was used on a navy ship or something, and her programming is all around extreme physical stunts and military/war media of all eras (but she does still have a soft spot for anime)
