Yes NIN does have good burst damage... and then it stops at 20 seconds, after which they just hit 123 and have nothing else to do
but phantom aim is 30 seconds long and VPR can take better advantage of it

this is the best I managed to get out of a full phantom aim window out of 3 tries, with stats included
I do not have any arcanaut gear to boost my stats if you would like to do a comparison
