He was the royal scientist before alphys, but he blew up over every timeline. he has "wingdings" in his name because hes actually related to the skeleton brothers! he's also a super cool mastermind behind the plot, and his favorite number is 666 (just like the devil). also the reason nobody knows about him is because he has a one in a morbillion chance of appearing, and if he does he makes a scary face and dissapears!
